DJ Morris - Director of FPA Magic
DJ Morris has been with Full Package Since 2009. He has been a part of Full Package on every level from Player, Trainer, Coach, and Director. Every year DJ works with High school and/or College Programs with their player development and Strength Training. In 2016 DJ Morris and Team 12 Sports took Full Package kids for their first International Culture and Basketball Training Trip to China.
Achievements as a Coach and Girls Director:
- Multiple IL State Championships at the 6th, 8th and 9th Grade levels
- Multiple IL State 2nd Place Trophies, Appearing at the Championship game at multiple age levels Every Year for the past 4 years.
- Adidas Nationals Elite 8 16u Girls 2015
- Nike Tournament of Champions 9th Grade Champions and 17u Champions 2016
Steve Pratt - Owner - Full Package Athletics
Founder of Full Package Athletics, Coach Steve Pratt, has had the pleasure of coaching the great game of basketball. He has trained thousands of athletes, including professional athletes Elton Brand, Brad Miller, Thabo Sefolosha, Brian Cook, Duje Dukan, Will Bynum, Nick Ziesloft, Josh Bartlestein, Ruth Riley and Jewell Loyd, among many others. Coach Pratt prepared college players for the NBA Draft for over a decade. He also trains other coaches in coaching and program development for schools, clubs and individual teams.
Eric Samuelson - Owner - Illinois Magic
Eric has coached all over the Chicagoland Area for the past 18 years. He has coached young boys and girls from 4th grade all the way to the Collegiate level. Eric has operated the Illinois Magic for the past 11 years.
In 2015, Coach Samuelson was invited to Colorado Springs, CO. to meet with the leaders of USA Basketball Youth Division to help expand the game thru the USA Basketball Alliance Tournament Initiative.
Eric played his High School Basketball at Maine West High School where he was a 4-year Varsity Basketball stand-out. He received All-Area, All-Conference, and All-State Honorable Mention Awards during his senior season. Eric played his College basketball at North Park University (Chicago).
Eric lives in Cary, IL. with his wife, Carolyn and four daughters, Brooklyn, Bailey, Brynn and Briella
